- The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education, length of work and sex on the productivity of the glass beads industrial workforce in Plumbon Gambang Village, Gudo District, Jombang Regency and to find out which of these three variables had the dominant influence on labor productivity. This type of research is quantitative research. The data used are primary data by conducting direct interviews and questionnaires against 39 respondents in the glass beads industry workforce. The data technique used is the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method, F test, t test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and autocorrelation test. With the results that education has a positive but not significant effect on the productivity of small glass beads industrial workers in Plumbon Gambang Village, Gudo District, Jombang Regency with a significant level of 0.6266. The length of work has a significant effect on the labor productivity of small glass beads industry in Plumbon Gambang Village, Gudo District, Jombang Regency with a significant level of 0.0445. And gender significantly influence the labor productivity of small glass beads industry in Plumbon Gambang Village, Gudo District, Jombang Regency with a significant level of 0.0038
