  • The Title of this study is Influence of leadership style to satisfacation of employee-performance, Shidy to firm employee in Blue Bird Group Taxi of Surabaya. This study is descriptive study by using survey method. The goal of this study is to know how leadership style which be applied to Blue Bird Group taxi of Surabaya, how satisfaction of employee-performance in Blue Bird Group taxi of Surabaya, and does leadership style give significant influence to satisfaction Employee of Blue Bird Group taxi of Surabaya The hypothesis of this study that it is supposed leadership style gives influence to satisfaction employee of Blue Bird Group taxi of Surabaya. The analysis tool of this study to know how leadership style which be applied to Blue Bird Gro ip taxi of Surabaya, how satisfaction of employee- performance in Blue Bird Group taxi of Surabaya by answering of respondents, and to know how satisfaction of employee-performance in Blue Bird Group taxi of Surabaya use responde frequencies while for does leadership style give significant influence to satisfaction Employee of Blue Bird Group taxi of Surabaya use simple linear regression. The calculation result by using scale range to how leadership style which be applied to Blue Bird Gioup taxi of Surabaya, selling style were proved more than choice point (A) very uften more than point (B) often, (C) seldom, (0) never, then for satisfaction of employee-performance in Blue Bird Group taxi of Surabaya were proved that mean of point scores about 1802, it is mean high, while for leadership style give significant influence to satisfaction Employee of Blue Bird Group taxi of Surabaya that satisfaction of employee have correlation with employee performance, it was proved with analysis result of correlation coefficient about 0.5 80 which among leadership style and satisfaction employee F ave strong correlat ion, because toward 1. Based on the study result may be concluded that employee in Blue Bird Group taxi of Surabaya tend to have leadership style of selling, then satisfaction of employee in Blue Bird Group taxi of Surabaya is high, and leadership style have significant influence to employee satisfaction to Blue Bird Group taxi of Surabaya.
