  • Human resources in organization is determinant of whether or not the goals of the organization are achieved. So that individuals can work optimally, it requires involvement in the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between calling and work engagement through psychological wellbeing as a mediating variable. The subjects of this study were 105 honorary teachers and civil servant high school (SMA) teachers, with an age range of 23-57 years. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Data collection uses the Calling Vocation Questionnaire (CVQ) scale, Utrech Work Engagement Scale (UWES), and the Ryff Psychological WellBeing Scale (RPWBS) scale. The analysis used the Hayes Process analysis. The results showed that psychological welfare variables mediated the relationship between calling and work engagement.
