  • The purpose of this research is to identify the strengths, weaknesess, opportunities, threats and to find the development strategies of Garam Prisma, which took place in Sedayulawas Village. This research is using the accidental sampling method for the consumer and purposive sampling for the producer sampling. Whereas the data type that is used is the primary data and SWOT as the data analysis. Variable measurment including, strenghth (s) economicaly reactable price point, good accessibility, high quality, sterilized production werehouse, excelent promotion, and nice packaging. Weaknesses (w) the product itself is not sold freely on the marketplaces, no halal logo is written on the package, they don't have SNI standart, no direct sign leading to the werehouse. The place selling is not quite strategiec. Opportunities (o) they have the ability to compete with the imported product, they have primary consumers also used for industrial production, owning the government support. Threats (t) the main standarized price point is not yet determined by the government consumers prefer iodined salt. The final result from SWOT is the S-O strategy therefore the strategy that has to be applied in this condition is supporting the growth oriented strategy.
