- The purpose of this research is to know the procedure of gold investment by using gold savings products and the development of the number of customers of gold savings products registered in the year 2016 to 2019 at PT. Pegadaian Branch Blimbing. This type of insulation is a quantitative descriptive that is to describe the procedures and developments in the number of customers saving gold products. The results of this study showed the implementation of gold investment by using gold savings Account at PT. Pegadaian Branch Blimbing already in accordance with SOP and procedures that are in the procedure is very effective for the pawnshops and customers. From the results of the development of gold savings product customers are experiencing fluctuation. In the years 2016-2017 experienced a rapid increase of 71.5%, in the year 2017-2018 increased by a increase of 36.9% and in 2018-2019 again increased by 43.3%.
