Supervisor: Dr. Sri Budi Cantika Yuli ,SE, MM, Arif Luqman Hakim, S.E.I, M.E The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiviness (X3), Assurance (X4), (Emphaty) (X5) against interest consumer satisfaction (Y). This study used quantitative research on associative type. Techniques of data collection were used through the dissemination of a questionnaire on consumer Restaurants Ayam Bakar Wong Solo Klojen Malang. The number of samples obtained in the study was 120 respondents, sampling techniques using Simple Random Sampling. Data obtained by the distribution of this cake maker was then used using a computer application, SPSS version 2.3. This analysis contains a test of validity, reliability test, test the assumptions of multiple regression analysis, classical, test hypotheses, and test dominant. The results of hypothesis are the testing show all free variables of Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiviness (X3), Assurance (X4), Emphaty (X5) against interest consumer satisfaction (Y).
