- The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the implementation of operational audits on production department at CV. Milkindo Berkah Abadi. The method in this research is a descriptive research with a case study. The required data are from interviews, reports on budget costs, and production realization. The focus of this research is on the stages of operational audits to analyze the efficiency, effectiveness and economization of production on 2016, 2017, 2018. Result of this research shown that the CV. Milkindo Berka Abadi Kepanjen has not yet implemented an optimal operational audit. The matter is there are still inefficiencies in raw materials, the labor and factory overhead. Furthermore, the production has not yet reached the effectiveness and economization
