- ABSTRACK This study, entitled "Effects of Regional Minimum Wage, Gross Regional Domestic Bruto, Gini Ratio Against Human Development Index (Studies in 38 regencies/cities in East Java Province)". This study raises the issue of how much influence Regional minimum wage, Gross Regional Domestic product, Gini Ratio Against Human Development Index in 38 regencies/cities in East Java Province. The purpose of this research was to determine how bear the influence of Regional minimum wage, Gross Regional Domestic Bruto, Gini Ratio Against Human Development Index in 38 regencies/cities in East Java Province. The analytical tool used is a panel data regression analysis, using hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis are that there are significant negative effects on Gross Regional Domestic Product and Human Development Index Against Gini Ratio, while the results of the Gini Ratio have a positive significant effect on Gini Ratio.Based on the results of the study, the implications of this study are the need for improvement and Regional Domestic Products Gross and human development index to reduce the Gini Ratio.
