  • The purpose of this study was to find out about the payment system to third parties at PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore (PT. PHE WMO) Gresik using the Organizational Work Guidelines (TKO) of PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore (PT. PHE WMO) regarding Payment Systems to Third Parties which was made in 2017 and in accordance with the reality that occurred in the field as a reference. This type of research uses qualitative research methods which aims to explain and give a picture of the payment system to third parties that are implemented by PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore (PT. PHE WMO) Gresik. The results of this study indicate that the payment system to third parties implemented by PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore (PT. PHE WMO) Gresik has been running well in accordance with the Organizational Work Procedure (TKO) regarding payment systems to third parties made in 2017. From the results of field research there are two types of payment systems to third parties, namely through procurement and not through procurement and according to the source of the invoice, namely Purchase Order or purchase of goods and Service Order or service order, and found several problems that can hamper payment activities to third parties, but this can be resolved properly in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ) contained in the Organizational Work Procedure (TKO) regarding payment systems to third parties made in 2017.
