- It is known from the results of stirring feed in relatively large quantities requires a relatively long stirring time so that the fulfillment of feed requirements for laying hens in large quantities is less than the maximum. In addition to the stirring process, problems that often arise are the result of uneven mixing and mixing of feed due to stirring large amounts of feed using manual methods. By using the mortar mixing method, it is hoped that chicken farmers can manage their own animal feed according to their needs and desired composition. So that the tools made can meet the need for animal feed with a relative cost. In this case, a horizontal feed mixer / capacity of 100 kg / hr will be designed.
