- The aim of this study is to examine: regional original revenue, general allocation funds and special allocation funds for the economic growth of East Java province in 2015-2017. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are cities / regencies throughout Indonesia. Research samples from 38 cities / districts were obtained by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are the descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, F test and t test. The test results obtained by regional original revenue have no effect on economic growth, general allocation funds affect economic growth, special allocation funds have no effect on economic growth and simultaneous regional original income, general allocation funds and special allocation funds affect economic growth
