- The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of open unemployment rates,district/city minimum wages and labor force participation rates on povertyleves in Gerbangkertosusila Area. The analytical tool used is panel data regression which is ) at an error rate of α = 5%. The results of panel data regression analysis with the selected model is Random Effect Model shows that the open unemployment rate has a positive and significant effect on poverty levels, district/city minimum wages and labor force participation rates have a negative and significant on poverty levels with their coefficient values respectively 0.57 for open unemployment rate, -2.17 for district/city minimum wage and is 0.86 or 86%, this shows that the ability of variable open unemployment rate, district/city minimum wage and labor force participation rate in explaining poverty levels is 86%.
