- The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of indigenous revenue of the region, the General Allocation Fund and the Special Allocation fund to the regional fiscal self-reliance on the provincial financial body of South Kalimantan 2013-2017. The samples in this study were 13 districts/provinces of South Kalimantan. This type of research is associative research and sampling techniques use a total sampling. The results of this study showed that the indigenous revenue of the area, general allocation funds and special allocation funds jointly had an influence on the level of regional fiscal self-reliance. Partially, the indigenous revenue of the region negatively affects the regional fiscal independence, the General Allocation Fund positively affects the regional fiscal self-reliance, while the special Allocation fund negatively affects the regional fiscal independence.
