- Occupational health and safety in the company is very important, with K3 workers will feel safer both physically, socially and psychologically. 88% of work accidents in a company are caused by the behavior factors of the workers themselves, therefore, an approach method is needed to minimize the occurrence of work accidents. This study aims to determine what factors affect the occurrence of workplace accidents caused by human behavior. The study was conducted at CV Ono Margo Utomo using the PLS (Partial Least Square) approach and analyzed using the BBS (Behavior Based Safety) method. The results obtained that the safety knowledge factor is a factor that affects the occurrence of work accidents.
