  • PBV is the relationship between the stock market price and book value per share. This ratio measures the value given by financial markets to management and organizations as a company that continues to grow. PBV shows the company's ability to create high company value for the invested capital. The higher the PBV, the more successful the company creates value for stakeholders. This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, investment policy, funding, and dividends on firm value. The population of this research is the consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2017. By using purposive sampling, researchers obtained 21 companies as samples. This research uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that profitability, investment policies, funding, and dividends had a positive and significant effect on firm value.
