- Patterns of the spread of invasive foreign plants in the Ranu Regulo Resort Ranu Pani National Plant of Bromo Tengger Semeru need to be carried out assessment to ensure diverse in the area is maintained. The existence of invasive foreign plant species in the Ranu Regulo Resort Ranu Pani area of Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park (TNBTS) needs attention, while research on invasive foreign plants has not been revealed. Research on invasive alien plant species, as one of the efforts to protect the biodiversity of the forest areas of Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, to keep the biodiversity and the diversity of endemic vegetation in the region of Ranu Regulo remains protected from the type of vegetation that is invasive. The purpose of this research is to know the pattern of spread of invasive foreign plants, knowing the growing type based on topography and the impact of ecosystem damage caused by invasive plants. Data collection and identification of the purposive sampling method. Based on research in the field, there are 20 types of invasive plants found at elevations from 2100 to 3300 MDPL, as well as diverse and different invasive species. Found the type of Acacia decurrens that dominates the region, this type can grow in a state of lack of nutrients and its spread rapidly because it belongs to the Fabaceae. The impact of ecosystem damage due to invasive plants is enormous because endemic species are not found. The Riparium's type of Eupatorium Reg. L is often encountered at every height, a semai benih Bangsa-type Eupatorium of Riparium Reg. L with rapid growth. The cost of rehabilitation area in Ranu Regulo to improve the ecosystem dominated by invasive plants amounting to Rp. 31.370.000/5 ha. The controls can use the way of ecosystem conservation with natural mechanisms through controlled combustion.
