  • PDAM Kota Malang is a regional company that provides drinking water services in Malang City which currently has 164,341 customers. To continue to maintain company performance, it is necessary to measure performance so that it can determine the current level of company performance. But so far, performance measurements have been made only based on internal company. Even as a company that has stakeholders, performance measurement should be based on the needs of the company's stakeholders because stakeholders are an important element in the company. Stakeholder needs can be obtained and assessed using the performance prism and objective matrix (OMAX) methods. In this study, identification of stakeholder needs is done on employees and customers. Stakeholder identification brings up a key performance indicator (KPI) as an indicator of performance measurement with a total of 12 KPIs. Based on the traffic light system (TLS) method there are 6 KPIs in the green category, 5 KPIs in the yellow category, and 1 KPI in the red category with a total achievement indicator of 6.61, which means that the company's current performance is quite good but needs to be improved in order to achieve the company's targets.
