- The success of development programs is not only based on the role of government, but also puts the community as the subject of development. The community needs to be given the opportunity to provide input to take care of development activities carried out in their area. This study aims to describe the community participation in the community empowerment program (PRODAMAS) in RT: 16 RW: 04 Pojok Village, Mojoroto District, Kediri City. This research approach is descriptive qualitative. The focus of this research is on community participation in development activities. The data in this study consisted of primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from documentation, archives, literature, and books relating to the focus of the study. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out through the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that: 1) the planning stage, the community actively provides ideas, proposals, and suggestions. 2) at the implementation stage, the community has a sense of project owners so that the community works together to help workers, even though there are already workers to do it. 3) at the utilization stage, PRODAMAS is not only in the form of development, but also procurement of goods. From the construction of paving, lighting the lights in the aisles, and closing the waterways is very beneficial for all residents not only residents of RT.16, besides procurement of goods in the form of tents, sound systems, mats, and mosque prayer mats are also very beneficial for residents of RT.16 There are several shortcomings that must be corrected are the need for donations in the form of land donations for PRODAMAS goods, the participation of women can be increased again, and for procurement of goods should be in the form of goods that can be used as business opportunities.
