- Grayak worm (Spodoptera litura Fabricius.) is one of the causes of decreased productivity of mustard plants and will cause huge losses for farmers. Facing the serious obstacles, most Indonesian farmers use chemical insecticides. These efforts provide fast and effective results, but the excessive use of chemical insecticides has a negative impact on the environment and humans. Therefore, efforts are needed to minimize the chemical use of insecticides, namely by using environmentally friendly alternative materials such as the use of botanical insecticides that utilize natural ingredients from plants. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of cigarette butts and chinese henna leaf waste as a vegetable insecticide controlling grayak worm from mortality and LC50 LT50. This type of research is True Experiment Research. The research was carried out with two treatments namely a type of cigarette butcher's insecticide and chinese henna. The results showed the most effective treatment on the cigarette butcher's type of insecticide got the highest mortality of grayak worm at a concentration of 50% by 10.0 and LC50-8hours on cigarette butts can kill the grayak worm at a concentration of 4%, while the chinese henna insecticide results obtained The highest mortality of armyworm at a concentration of 50% was 9.6 and LC50-9hours in Chinese henna can kill the grayak worm at a concentration of 12%.This research is used as a learning resource in the form of leaflets.
