- The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of fattening goat gibas cultivation techniques, analyzing the cost of production and acceptance of the farm activities of goat Gibas farms with the feedlot system and analyzing the magnitude of Income generated from the livestock farming activities of goat Gibas farms with a feedlot applied by UD. Sheep Energy. The study location was chosen purposive with the chosen UD. Sheep Energy is the only member of P4S in Nganjuk Regency that is engaged in the livestock husbandry Goat Gibas is performed intensively. The data type is primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained directly from the perpetrators of the goat fattening the secondary Data obtained from the institutions related to the research. Data collection is done by interview techniques, Obsevation and documentation. The method of data analysis used is a deskriftif analysis used to describe the overview of the area of research and techniques of feedlot cultivation and by using farming analysis. Results showed that feeders cultivation techniques are conducted intensively for 3 months with the technique started with cage preparation, seed procurement, goat feed making, treatment and prevention of diseases, sewage treatment and subsequent sale of goats if the goat has entered the selling criteria. Total fixed cost of fattening goat Gibas is obtained from the average value of depreciation of cage making and tools used in livestock activities in one production for 3 months is Rp. 5,945,822,-. The total variable cost is Rp. 210.174.500,-with the total revenue of Rp. 404,099,420,-as well as obtaining revenues of Rp. 187.979.098,-and obtaining an R/C ratio of 1.86, which means that any additional costs Production in farming fattening goat Gibas for 1.000 rupiah issued will produce an acceptance of 1.860 rupiah. Then it can be concluded that business owners UD.Sheep Energy gained a considerable profit in running the farmer's fattening goat Gibas.
