- This research aims to analyze the implementation of Good Corporate Governance principles and the role of internal audit as supporting GCG implementation in PT. Tirtamas Letari Pandaan. This research uses a type of descriptive research that only aims to describe it. The method used in this study was to conduct a structured interview with some of the company's organs highlighting the discussion. The research location is PT. Tirtamas Lestari Unit Pandaan. From the results of this study, that PT. Tirtamas Lestari has implemented GCG principle but there is one principle that has not been applied to the maximum of accountability principle. The role of internal audit on PT. Tirtamas Lestari has played a maximum role in implementing GCG principles.
