- KCA (Fast Secure Credit) product is one of the products owned by PT. Pegadaian as a means of pawning in the form of receivables that have collateral. In the KCA (Fast Secure Credit) product also has a marketing strategy, as PT. Pegadaian has a 4P concept strategy namely, product, price, place, promotion. PT. Pegadaian Persero Blimbing Malang Branch in this study has a KCA (Fast Secure Credit) product which is able to increase marketing effectiveness as seen from the increasing number of customers in 2016-2018 according to the average category of 76%. . of the total customers with an average total of 151.54% included in the category of very effective.
