  • Tempe is a food that originates from Indonesia. Tempe made from soy. Tempe nutritional composition of protein, fat and fat does not change much compared to soybean raw materials. Management takes an important part in a company to run its production. Management also requires substantial funds in a company, in addition to large funds management can also affect services to consumers, production, finance and marketing. Tempe is a very popular food in Indonesian society, not just a daily food ingredient. Tempe now can be made snacks in the form of tempe chips that can provide added value to the material. This type of research in this thesis is quantitative descriptive. The type of data used are primary and secondary data. The purpose of this study is to: To analyze the preparation of UMKM Keripik tempe, knowing the minimum payment amount of goods that must be owned by the company for the payment of interest will run out or arrive, analyzing reorder (reorder points) UMKM Keripik tempe. There are 3 data collection methods used in this study, namely: observation, interview and documentation methods. Data analysis methods used in this study used 3 methods. Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock (safety materials) and Re-Order Points (ROP). The results of this study indicate that raw materials with 54kg of companies, while using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) of 416kg with a difference of 362kg. The total cost of planning with company policy is Rp. 19,197,631, while the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is Rp. 18,350,230 with a difference of Rp. 847,401. The number of orders in one year with company policy 48 times, with Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) 6 times with a difference of 42 times. Safety stock or safety material that must be held in the warehouse is 76kg. Re-Order Point or reorder order for raw materials in warehouse is 77kg accepted. ordering distance with company policy is once every 7 days, while with Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) every 38 days with a difference of 31 days.
