- One of the determinining factor in whether the success of to know the quality of software based of websites which there are in the goverments that is by way of judging satisfaction when users website used. Research aims to understand assessment usabilitas at the website the education office of Kota Malang based on ISO 9126 in characterisitc of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and to advise recommendations for the improvement of right moment in help developer of the information contained at the website the education office of Kota Malang. The problem in this study there are on the website education office those in the features services in which there are submenu whistle blowing system, in submenu is on form of complaints that used to question concerning central service information and communication to the community. The result of uses the science explain subcharacteristic usability on ISO 9126 there was not on quadrant A, so managers to allocate resources quadrant B and C namely sub-characteristic understandability and operability.
