- Many childern as Recidivists Criminals Theft should get special attention from the government, because children will become the next generation of the nation. The quality of the nation depends on the intellectuality of the young generation. The formulation of the problem in this study is concerning the factors behind a child stealing to doing repetition and how to prevent repetition of the crime theft. This study uses an empirical criminological approach, meaning is to solve the problem will be analyz using criminological theories and the results of direct observation of child recidivism criminal theft in LPKA Class I Blitar. Analysis of the data was carried out qualitatively according to the theme of the discussion to solve the problem. Based on the results of the study, besides the low level of education and characteristics of children's mindsets that don't think wisely, there are has psychological disorders that need to be tested as internal factors in clihd’s. Neinghborhood as an external factor had biggest role to influence children become thieves and or theft recidivists. Suggestions to prevent children repetition are really needed guidance and supervision from their family, school education, and neighborhood.
