- Measurements that have been made on the design of the stress strain measurement system using a microcontroller-based BF 350 AA module. BF 350 AA module is a module for measuring stress strain which is simple in its use, has a simple structure, high sensitivity and is able to measure changes quickly. The BF 350 AA module has a wheatstone bridge chain with an amplifier LM 358 D. Measurements using brass metal with a roll hinge pedestal. The output data generated from the measurement system using the BF 350 AA module is a BIT (Binary Digit) with fluctuating data so that the data is averaged. BIT data is then converted to become data volts and processed into strain. Charges made at various measurements (398, 801, 1204, 1608 grams). Processing of measurement voltage data under loading conditions of 398 grams obtained a voltage of 2334778.2 Pa. The voltage rises in proportion to the magnitude of loading. The highest loading condition is 1608 gram, the voltage increases 19034958 Pa. The results of stress strain measurements are compared with a theoretical approach.
