- The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of incentives on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data collection method uses a Likert 1-5 scale questionnaire as a research instrument, the analytical tool used in this study is the range of scales and path analysis. The population in this study is the number that can be calculated and researchers took a sample of 54 people. Based on the results of path analysis there is a positive and significant effect of incentives on employee performance through satisfaction as an intervening variable. From the results of this study, efforts can be made to improve employee performance by implementing a good incentive system to improve employee job satisfaction, as an effort to improve employee performance optimally..
