- The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of safety on employee performance, to analyze the effect of occupational health on employee performance and examine the safety and health of employees who have a stronger influence on employee performance. The population is the employees of the engineering department in PDAM Malang City employees, as many as 180 employees with a total sample of 64 employees. Data analysis techniques are scale range analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the occupational safety conditions were in the very good category, occupational health was in the very good category and employee performance was in the very high category. Work safety has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Occupational health has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Variables that have a stronger influence on employee performance are work safety variables. Suggestions that can be submitted in this research are that it should further improve employee safety so that performance can be even better going forward.
