- Intersection between Jl.Raya Tlogomas with kelur Access Terminal-entry Landungsari is crossing with 3 arms, where the roadway is Tlogomas highway that have high traffic volumes, with the condition of the crossing without signal then many conflicts among vehicles, because of the traffic passing through the intersection is free in all directions without any arrangement, other than that the side of the city transportation barriers that stop at the road agencies and the number of pedestrians is also a lack of awareness for road users to comply with applicable regulations resulted in frequent queuing of vehicles. With this evaluation will be known intersection level of service Tlogomas-access highway in and out of Terminal Landungsari in normal conditions and in conditions of engineering. The method used in this study refers to the Indonesian way Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997 for a signalized intersection and non-signalized intersections. Evaluation in normal conditions unsignalized intersection indicates the maximum volume of traffic flow saturation degree (DS) = 0.84 so that including the level of service D, the solution to intersection improvements being undertaken to improve the intersection level of service that is by using the intersection in order to obtain DS = 00:53 with average delay Average 11:59 sec / smp.dan level of service B. Performance prediction of intersection for the next five years by using the settings obtained intersection degree of saturation (DS2012) = 0.75, with a level of service C.
