- The process of cigarette production at PT. Gudang Baru Berkah still has some shortcomings that cause losses that result in losses for the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the value of the effectiveness of cigarette production machines using the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) method and analyze the most influential losses factor through the analysis of six big losses, and later after it is known that the underlying problem will be given a proposal to the company that is expected later can be used as input for increasing the productivity of cigarette production machines.
