- The purpose of this design is to get the design and dimensions of peanut harvesters and leaf and twigs separator. The peanut harvesting machine and the leaf separator separator function to make it easier when doing the process of harvesting peanuts easily, quickly and effectively. This peanut parchment machine uses a simple pemamen system. The propulsion uses a gasoline engine as its prime mover while the propulsion uses human power. The conveyor chain serves to clamp and herd peanuts into the process of separation from twigs. Pully which aims to move the chain and cylinder of the sheller. The mechanism of the cylindrical shelling machine is to use the friction force to separate the leaves and twigs of the peanut by spinning from a pulley produced from a gasoline motor. In the design of peanut harvesting machines and leaf separator, the power yield of 86.2 watts = 0,116 hp to run the engine, so that the use of motors with 2.5 hp power can be used. This peanut harvesting machine can also produce 50 kg/hour.
