- This study aims to describe and examine more deeply the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements at the Santoso Lestari Cooperative in Batu City. This type of research is a descriptive study with qualitative data analysis methods. Types and sources of data used are secondary data obtained from internal parties. Data collection techniques using the documentation of company documents. The conclusions from the results of the analysis and discussion of this study note that the cash receipts and disbursement systems at the Santoso Lestari Cooperative in Batu City are already good but there are still weaknesses including the provision of a number of funds in deposit collection activities, there are duplicate functions and documents, not imprinted serial numbers for the form promise, the repayment book and the loan book are not authorized by the collector and cashier functions, there is no evidence of legality for cash in and cash out.
