  • ABSTRACT In a home center industry must have a lot of embroidery artisans, as well as a home industry in the Village Sumberpasir, Sub Pakis, Malang regency. Home industry in the village is the center Sumberpasir embroidery crafts, and products that include dihasilkanya Muslim fashion, mukena, tablecloths, pillowcases, etc.. According to data from the village in 1975 is the beginning of the emergence Home embroidery industry. From the initial emergence, there were only 5 craftsmen, then in perkembanganya has now become 245 craftsmen and only 10 people were able to produce themselves. A large number of patterns meununtut craftsmen working relationship clearly, in order to support the development of home industry itself. The formulation of the problem in this penbelitian are as follows: How Patterns of Employment Inter-Master Craftsman Home Industry Embroidery Sumberpasir Village, Sub Pakis, Malang regency? The goals of this writing to learn, to learn patterns of Employment Inter-Master Craftsman Home Industry Embroidery Sumberpasir Village, Sub Pakis, Malang Regency The method used in this study are qualitative methods, location taken in this research is in Sumberpasir Village, Sub Pakis, Malang regency. Home center industry that is embroidered, subject of this research is the craftsmen / Home industry pemiliik Embroidery business in Sumberpasir Village, Sub Pakis, Malang regency. Thus, the sampling technique used was snowball. whereas the data collection techniques in this research is observation, interview and documentation., technical analysis is a descriptive qualitative data. In this study, the theory used is the Social Exchange Theory by George C. Homans and Peter M Blau, because Homans perspective emphasize the individual relations only, therefore, in analyzing the pattern of working relationships between craftsmen home embroidery industry groups used in perspective Blau. The results of this study showed that pattern established working relationship between the craftsman home in the village of industrry Embroidery Sumberpasir, Sub Pakis, Malang regency is the pattern of industrial relations is symmetrical. The employment relationship, although in the context of symmetry, there is imbalance. The lack of due seimbanngan happens because of differences in power: Capital, Skills, Creativity, Relationships with distributors and the last is the level of HR (Human Resources Resources), which resulted in a pattern of asymmetrical relationships.
