  • Cocoa is one of the commodities that is important for Blitar regency. Ploaorejo is one of the villages in Blitar East Java which is currently the center of Cocoa sales with a sales of 2 tons per day, but not followed by the productivity of cocoa farmers high in the village Plosorejo, which is triggered by a decline in the number of farmers annually. The purpose of this research is to know the factors that affect the productivity of cocoa farmers in the village Plosorejo of Kademangan subdistrict Blitar Regency. Data is collected by interviews of respondents, then analyzed with multiple linear regression. The variables used are the number of trees, fertilizers, family labor, age, education, experience, and total family liabilities. The results of the study of 40 respondents showed that the average productivity of cocoa farmers in Plosorejo 40.8 tons/ha per year. The influential factor is the number of trees with a significant value of 0.028 with a regression coefficient of 4.201. Family Labor with a significant 0.058 and a coefficient of 15.07. Experience with significant value 0.004 and coefficient 51.66. The F-test results show in conjunction with the same independent variable affecting the dependent variable with F table 2.30 and the determination value of 0.567 which means the independent variable affects 50% against the dependent.
