- The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the layout of production facilities in the Bawang Goreng Jaya company by using the From to Chart and Activity Relations Chart (ARC) method to analyze and determine the layout of effective and efficient production facilities that will be applied in the Bawang company Fried Jaya. This research is applied research. Data sources used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The results of the study note that by applying the Activity Relation Chart (ARC) method the company has a more effective and efficient layout than the first layout with a 10 meter production floor shrinkage. From the layout of the initial production facility 34 to the proposed layout of the production floor that is 24 meters. From the results of the shrinkage of the production floor spacing shows that the Activity Relation Chart (ARC) method is the most appropriate method to be applied in the Bawang Goreng Jaya company.
