- Project scheduling helps show the relationship of each activity to other activities and to the whole project, identifies relationships that should take precedence between activities, and shows a realistic estimated time for each activity. Mulya Car Salon was one of the companies engaged in the field of car salon services in Pandaan. The services offered by the Mulya Car Salon were in the form of body repair, installation of windshields, cleaning of glass molds and car interiors. This study purposed to determine the optimal completion time at the Mulya Car Salon in 1 day. The results of the research conducted at the Mulya Car Salon showed that the scheduling that was previously done by the company has been delayed. Then with network planning analysis using CPM (Critical Path Method) the time needed at the Mulya Central Car Salon was 197 minutes in unit 1, 196 minutes in unit 2, and 202 minutes in unit 3. Whereas in the Mulya car salon the branch time was it takes 202 minutes in unit 1, 200 minutes in unit 2, and 209 minutes in unit 3. With this it can be proven that there was a time difference obtained from the time determined by the company at the mulya central and branch car salons. Thus network planning using the CPM method can shorten the working time so that the work can be carried out more effectively and efficiently.
