Research Objectives 1) Knowing the implementation of full day school activities in Indriyasana SDK 2) Knowing the forms of character that appear on students and supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing full day school in Indriyasana SDK 3) Knowing the role of teachers in full day school activities in character building Grade IV students at Indriyasana SDK and can provide solutions. The research that will be carried out by the author is a descriptive qualitative research. In collecting the data needed in the study, two sources of data are taken, namely primary and secondary. Data analysis in the study used the model of Miles &amp; Huberman (1984) which included data collection, data reduction and conclusions.&#xD; The results of the analysis show that the process of full day school activities in SDK Indriyasana can be seen that as one of the private primary schools in Malang that has run a full day school program, the learning process is carried out almost a full day starting at 7 am to 3 pm with 5 systems effective day. The implementation of full day school aims to encourage students to live independently in an atmosphere of togetherness and awareness as God's creatures, as well as the development of creativity and talent in students with a teaching system that is applied very pleasant. The shape of the character of class students in full day school learning at SDK Indriyasana is in the activities of shaping the religious character of students increasing through the full day school system at SDK Indriysana Malang which has been implemented which must be followed by all students whose initial activity is by marching before entering the class , then continued the message of direction and guidance from the teacher, as well as praying together. The role of the teacher in full day school activities in the formation of the character of class IV students at SDK Indriyasana, where teachers play a direct role in the learning process is a very dominant determining factor in education in general, because teachers play a role in the learning process carried out in full day school activities. Supporting Factors for Implementing a full day school system are curriculum, education management, facilities and infrastructure, learning facilities, and the most important thing in education is HR (human resources).
