- This study explains how the parking tax on local revenue is to increase local revenue in the Malang City Revenue Service whose purpose is to finance government operations, regional development, and improve services to the public, This study uses qualitative descriptive research, where with qualitative research, I try to dig up information from the source directly to describe and answer the problem being studied. The relationship between researchers and those studied in qualitative research occurs interactions. Because researchers explored data through the speakers directly. The source of his research was the Head of the Regional Tax Management Agency, parking attendants in Malang City. The data analysis technique of this study uses the stages of data reduction, data presentation, extracting and testing data conclusions. The results of this study are related to the effectiveness of the management of parking fees in supporting the original income of the Malang City. They have been well-established starting from the determination of location and supervision of parking fees, parking labor, income that meets the target and there is a gradual evaluation by the Department of Transportation of the effectiveness of fees parking in Malang. There are also supporting factors in parking management, namely the cost of parking fees according to procedures, good parking services, and the existence of intense socialization from the Transportation Agency to parking officers. The inhibiting factor is related to illegal parking that does not have permission and the lack of parking space.
