- This study aims to improve the scheduling of the Grand Tawang Residence housing development on the Lily type by PT. Persada Widyadhana. The analytical tool used is the Critical Path Method (CPM). The calculation at the time of project implementation resulted in 144 days, while the evaluation used the Critical Path Method (CPM) time needed to be 116 days. This method can be used by using the CPM method when the project implementation time can be accelerated 28 days. In the calculation of labor costs there was no change in the amount of Rp. 61,945,800, because the company implemented a piece rate system and did not require labor or overtime hours.
