- This study aims to determine the factors that are considered in the selection of PAUD’s locations in Lowokwaru Distric, as well as the factors that are the main considerations in choosing the location of PAUD in Lowokwaru District. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires with a total sample of 105 respondents who are PAUD in Lowokwaru District. The analysis technique used in this study is factor analysis. The results of this study indicate that the factors considered by PAUD in Lowokwaru District are competition, visibility, environment, government regulations, and access. Whereas the main consideration factor is the competition factor.
