- The purpose of this writing is to know the credit-granting procedure of Krasida products at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Batu branch service unit. This research is qualitative descriptive, and the data collection technique is by documentation and interview. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The qualitative descriptive analysis method describes the analysis of Krasida's credit product and the procedure of Krasida's credit product with the cost charged when obtaining it. The discussion result indicates that many Krasida products are chosen by the customers with the reason for lower capital rent.
