- Children with special needs are children who need special handling because of developmental disorders and abnormalities he has. Inclusive education is education in public schools that adjusts to the needs of students with special needs. The model given in this inclusive school removes limitations by using the principle of education for all, the learning model applied by the teacher is intended so that students are able to interact with the school environment. This research aims to identify and describe: (1) the method of learning of children with special needs in class IV Elementary School of Ketawanggede Malang (2) the constraints of the learning methods of children with special needs in class IV Elementary School of Ketawanggede Malang At this research using a descriptive research with writing using qualitative research, as a source of data for school principals and teachers of the inclusive ketawanggede state elementary school. Data collection is done by holding observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is done by giving meaning to the data that was collected, then from the meaning drawn conclusions, checking the validity of the data is done by triangulation. The results showed: (1) the learning method of Children with Special Needs in class IV of the State Elementary School of Ketawanggede Malang covering assessment, identification and three stages, namely planning, implementing, evaluating learning. The use of several methods in learning has been applied to this school. Learning is carried out in a full class where students with special needs are mixed with other normal students under the supervision of a class teacher who is also a class teacher (2) obstacles that arise during learning are: Class teacher is still confused in determining the media used in the delivery of material: Class teacher self-teaching so that sometimes in classroom conditioning. The class accompanying teacher is still at a loss in evaluating each student to the fullest because there are some characters possessed by children with special needs.
