- PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of cement, because cement is a product that is needed by the community in developing infrastructure that requires good quality cement. Many work accidents occur due to several factors and the impact on yourself, the company. This research was conducted to analyze the potential hazards (K3) carried out by workers during the production process and prove human error in a system. By using the THERP method is expected to reduce the occurrence of work accidents, make improvements, improve the onset of errors from humans on a performance. Human error or human error caused by several factors: there is no good application of discipline on the part of management, improper work system planning. HTA is broken down a number of steps: the initial preparation for the use of safety until the preparation of the solution exits the machine. The highest HEP value is 0.064221 on the Raw Mill machine. The highest human liberation value (HRA) is 0.988629 in the KILN zone burning process.
