- This research was conducted with the aim to find out the results of the analysis of inventory control to meet production needs with the just in time method and find out whether or not it can be applied to the CV. Permata Agro Mandiri. This research method is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion it can be seen that the JIT system can save inventory costs as much as 16.4% of Rp. 2,922,500.
