  • The process of hyperreality in students as vloggers can be defined as the process of establishing vlogger behavior. The hyperreality of the vlogger is identified through the stages described by Jean Baudrillard as simulations, simulacras, and simulacrums where these stages will shape the vlogger's lifestyle itself. This hyperreality actually aims to form a new reality in the form of self-identity created by vloggers in virtual spaces on social media in the form of youtube by videos that will be publised. The identity which was constructed by the community will be make it’s own characteristics for vloggers so the videos will be widely watched by public. This research aims to find out how the Hyperreality Process of students as Vloggers in Malang, especially in students at University of Muhammadiyah Malang, where this research uses qualitative methods. The location and target of this research are students at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Sources of datas in this research consisted of primary and secondary datas. The technique of determining the subject of this research used Snowball Sampling. The method of data collection is used by observation, in dept interview, and documentation. Data analysis technique used by an interactive model which uses 3 (three) plots, namely data reduction, data model, verification of conclusions. The results of this research indicate the existence of hyperreality processes in the form of simulations, simulacras, and simulacrums in each vlogger's activities starting from before, a moment, and after making their vlog. These three stages eventually become the lifestyle of a vlogger which is the basis of the behavior that vlogger have in the real spaces and even in the virtual spaces so that the vlogger can no longer differentiate between real and simulated reality.
