- The purpose of this research is to know resources contribution of PAD towards total PAD, level of independence, effectiveness and efficiency the financial performance of the Batu City Goverment. The study was done to period of years 2015-2018. This kind of research is descriptve. The analysis result detect that county tax to contribute utmost towards total PAD, that’s 77,12% of 100%. Independence level ratio financials of the Batu City is 17,76% with less criteria, local financial skills in managing budget very good with the score is 87,45%, effectiveness rate of income profits in Batu City is effective with the score is 103,72% and the efficiency level analysis is 1,96% with the criteria is efficient.
