- The purpose of this study was to examine the Effect of Leadership Style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediated by Job Satisfaction at Sambo Deso Malang. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used in this study were all employees of Sambel Deso Malang, with a sample of 38 respondents. This study uses quantitative data types and the data source used is primary data. Data analysis methods used are path analysis analysis techniques, scale range, classic assumption test, t test and sobel test. The results of this study indicate that the Leadership Style has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Satisfaction felt by employees can form Organizational Citizenship Behavior for employees.
