- CV. Arya Agro Wijaya is a laying hens company in Sapikerep Village, Sukapura District, Probolinggo Regency. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work discipline and occupational health on employee performance and to determine the dominant influence between the variables of work discipline and occupational health on employee performance. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 33 employees of the cage section of CV. Arya Agro Wijaya. This research used multiple linear regression analysis. The dependent variable is employee performance and the independent variable is work discipline and occupational health. The method used is quantitative descriptive method. The instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, occupational health has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline and occupational health have a simultaneous effect on the employee performance of CV. Arya Agro Wijaya. Occupational health is the dominant variable that influences employee performance.
