- Industry is one of the important factors in people's lives in terms of producing various kinds of everyday goods that cannot be separated from the role of laborers as workers who produce daily goods, for human life. In the industry itself, there is a system called an outsourcing system that is the delegation of operations and daily management of a business process to an outsider (outsourcing service provider company) or can be said to be an outsourcing system. But with this system makes workers more miserable because this system gets a lot of cons among the factory workers, how not with the outsourcing system workers have to work very hard all day for the factory but what is obtained from the factory is not in accordance with their hard work, work the uncertainty became one of the concepts of the outsourcing system as soon as the contract established by the factory ran out, immediately the workers were no longer employed. This made the workers lose their jobs. This type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. and the determination of the subject is purposive sampling, this study applies the method of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The outsourcing system has an impact on the work of factory workers and also has an impact on the social lives of factory workers, with the existence of this outsourcing system, there are differences in positions that make outsourcing workers not get good treatment with workers who are not outsourced, other than that their time to gather with friends even those who have coffee just can't even influence their interaction with the surrounding environment.
