- The purpose of this study is to describe job satisfaction, affective commitment and intention to stay, and Analyze the effect of job satisfaction and affective commitment on intention to stay. The population of this research is all M2 Fashion employees. The sampling technique uses boring sampling technique, with a total sample of 41 respondents. The analysis tool uses Multiple Linear Regression, Classic Assumption Test, Scale Range and hypothesis testing statistical tests t. The results showed that job satisfaction felt by employees had gone well from the company. The level of affective commitment or employee loyalty to the company is fairly good and the Intention to Stay owned by the employee is sufficient. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Intention to stay and affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on Intention to stay. The company must maintain and increase the work satisfaction of existing employees in order to get employees who have an attachment in the company, and the company must increase the psychological employee to the company to get improved results for the company and have an impact on the company's goals later.
